Reason: the trees are damaging boundary fencing, T1 has a basal decay cavity, T2 is multi-stemmed from historic from low pollarding, and T2 and T3 are growing in the rear alleyway between Collingtree Road and Peak Hill. Informative A: replacement tree and hedge planting is encouraged, with smaller species such as crab apple, hazel, elder, hawthorn, Laburnum, alder buckthorn, wayfaring tree, dogwood for rear amenity, screening, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
