Space around the perimeter is 20cm behind, 40cm to the left and 30cm to the right so no part of the cabin touches or is too close to the surrounding. No new access required. Structure: Fully insulated frame. External Finish: 2? Red cedar open-cladding to main side(s), TGV cladding to sides and rear against boundary walls. Internal Finish: Wood composite panels. Doors & Windows: Anthracite-painted Aluminium, with toughened glass and BS-approved locks. Foundations: Mechanically-driven helical screw-piles.
