HEIGHT REDUCTION by 2m from 8m to 6m back to fence line due to neighbouring complaints/leaf dropping in the winter. ONE Lime tree (T5) Height: 24m, Spread: 18m. POLLARDING back to previous pollarded points at height 13m & 4m crown spread due to neighbouring light & leaf drop complaints and scheduled tree management. ONE Pine tree (T6) Height: 13m. CROWN REDUCTION by 3m from 9m to 6m back to fence line where appropriate due to neighbouring concerns on pine cones falling on residents/small children. Informative A: The sensitive management of the trees is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, wildlife, wellbeing, and urban forest canopy for environmental benefits to mitigate the effects of climate change. REAR: ONE Oak (T1)(ht.7m)(spread.15m) FELL. Reason: neighbour complains regarding light issues, tree previously reduced, further reduction detrimental to tree, proposed fell and replace with another oak. Surrounding trees being retained include Holly, 2x Lime & Apple. All similar height and spread.
