FRONT: ONE Yew (T1)(ht.5-6m, r.2m) FELL and replace. Reason: close to front elevation, starting to undermine boundary fence, to be replaced by a cherry tree. REAR: ONE dead Robinia Frisia (T2)(ht.8-10m) FELL and replace. Reason: the tree has died, replacement tree to be planted as close as practically possible to the original location near the rear fence in the back garden (the tree is not a Laburnum ht.4m close to the rear elevation as originally submitted. Duty to replace applies. To be replaced by a cherry tree. Informative A: the proposed replacement trees with cherry trees is hugely appreciated. Duty to replace applies when a tree dies in a conservation area and applies to replacing the rear dead Robinia, para 121 Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, government guidance 6 March 2014 refers. Informative B: other replacement tree species to consider are: crab apple, pear, Cornus Kousa, Crepe myrtle (Lagerstromia indica), Persian silk tree (Albizia julibrissin), quince, Tibetan cherry, winter flowering cherry, paperbark maple, hawthorn, Amelanchier and native species hedge planting. Informative C: please consider creating habitat log piles for wildlife and biodiversity with arisings.
