Planning application

38 ROBERT LOWE CLOSE, LONDON, SE14 5QB

Awaiting decision Lewisham DC/23/134329 Lawful Development Certificate existing

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

This 3-bedroom house was originally built for single-household usage (Class 3). The structure of this house has not been altered, but its use has been changed from Class 3 to Class 4 as a small HMO property (Class 4) under the UK Government's permitted development rights since 11th July 2019. However, a change in Local Government rule (Article 4 Direction) removes this right. To continually use this property as Class 4 (a small HMO house), I would like to apply for a lawful development certificate to allow me to use the property lawfully.
