An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non material amendment in connection with the planning permission DC/15/092817 dated 1 March 2016 for the erection of a gate and wall topped with railings in front of a hedge, the installation of two replacement windows and the re-instatement of a lightwell at basement level to the side elevation, the installation of new railings on top of the front boundary wall and to the side wall and the erection of four new brick plinths with capping, two to the front and two to the side elevation at 15 Church Terrace, SE13, together with the enlargement of the rear lightwell, the creation of new stone steps to the rear garden, the repair and extension of the boundary wall at north west corner of the site and hard and soft landscaping to the front and side of the property, in order to bring forward the approved fence line to the side of the existing dwelling by approximately 3m, and by associated amend boundary treatment for the same 3m length, retaining planting to the front of the fence facing the public realm.
