T2 Sycamore - Crown lift over lamppost to gain 1m clearance, lift remaining western side of the canopy in line with new height over lamppost. T4 Sycamore - Remove due to the damage to the wall and safety concerns for the public footpath. G7 Oak - Remove the three stems closest to the wall to prevent future damage. T8 Sycamore - Remove the stubs at the base of the stem. T10 Oak - Remove the tertiary branches over the road to 5.2m to prevent further vehicle damage. T12 Oak - Remove for health and safety reasons due to extent of the lean over public foot path. T13 Cherry - Remove as this is a dead stem. T16 Oak - Remove for health and safety reasons due to extent of the lean over public foot path. T18 Oak - Removal to prevent further damage to the wall. T19 Oak - Prune back from the adjacent building to gain 2m clearance. G23 Holly - Crown lift to 2-2.5m to enable access through immediate area.

These are situated next to a drystone boundary wall and within 18 feet of a neighbours property. They have destabilised the drystone wall which is in danger of falling down and further more their roots are causing damage to the neighbours property by lifting the tarmac drive. The proposal is to fell both trees and kill their stumps to prevent any further damage.
