T1 Poplar and T2 common Ash - Seek permission to remove both trees after a large branch feel recently in close proximity to our 8 year old. The height of the trees which is 21m and the distance from our property which is 12m. I'll also add that in each of these 21m trees, the trunk stands at only 1.2m and 2m making them very top heavy. We have been informed that they stand on heavy clay which isn't suitable for these species of tree.

There is only one large tree in my garden. I will get a tree surgeon to do the works rather than doing it myself. It is not a main branch, just a thin one that has sagged/growing downwards and will soon be at head height. I can provide photos of the tree and the branch in question.
