As per BA25567_VTA which provides illustrations and artists impression of recommended reductions. T1: Sycamore (Neighbouring property): Crown reduce all round to previous points of reduction estimated reduction of around 2m to 2.5m T2: Horse Chestnut : Crown reduce to previous points of reduction estimated to be 1-2m limiting wound size to 50mm T3: Lime : Crown reduced to previous points of reduction with reduction estimating to be removing material of up to 1.5m -2m in length. Crown lift to 5.2 m for highway clearance and 3m for pedestrian head height. T4: Oak (TPO): Crown lift to 5 meters above the driveway and the road. Laterally reduce the lower canopy over the highway by around 1.5 to 2 meters to balance the canopy which will lift over the highway and avoid vehicle collision risk.
