T1 Elm: Reduce the south-eastern lateral canopy overhanging the garden by up to 1.5 metres, or 20% of the canopy, whichever is the lesser amount. T2 Ash: Dismantle and fell the tree to ground level. T3 Sycamore: Crown lift to provide approximately 5 metres of clearance above the adjacent vegetable growing area.
