Planning application
1 Montagu Court Montagu Drive Roundhay Leeds LS8 2TT
Works: Trees
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
T1 Ash: Tree is to be felled due to its poor structural integrity and high likelihood of failure. Significant cavity to the rear and king alfreds cake fungus present as well. T2 Sycamore - Prune to give a 2m clearance from the neighbours property, its currently touching the garage. T3 Sycamore - Fell, 100% dead. T4 Sycamore - To be felled due to poor structural integrity and high likely hood of a full tree failure. Sound hammer indicates the tree is hollow and prob at ground level indicates root decay.
