Proposal
T1- Beech tree. Remove to ground level. The tree splits at the base at around 3 feet high into 2 main trunks. The union is structurally unsound with the split running from where the two trunks separate at around 3 feet down to the ground. Please see attached photos. I noticed these issues 6 years ago and took a photo to show the applicant. See photo 1. Replant with one Beech tree of standard height.
