T1 Oak: Reduce the whole crown by 15% to maintain the health of the tree by removing broken and weak branches, provide adequate clearance to structures below and increase light to neighbouring properties. Remove the new shoots sprouting from the lower branches (under 3 meters from the ground) to prevent the new growth from weakening the lower horizontal branch. Remove overhanging branches by 2 meters to clear the garage roofline, driveway, 1 meter clearance, the street and street parking area. To increase safety as branches have fallen into the garden, garage, driveway, onto the road and parking area during strong winds. If a larger branch breaks this could cause major damage to people, property or cars. Reshape the tree. The tree is now misshapen and would benefit from trimming to improve the overall shape
