Proposal

Mature protected deciduous trees situated on the neighbouring property immediately to the rear of 36 Royds Lane (identified on the attached site plan and photographs): Remove all deadwood throughout the crown. Reduce the lateral spread of the crown by up to approximately 4.5 metres (15 feet) where branches overhang the gardens of 36 Royds Lane and the adjoining neighbouring property. Prune back overhanging branches to suitable growth points in accordance with BS3998:2010.
