Mature Horsechestnut tree on the boundary of 86-84 Potternewton Lane.: 10% crown thin throughout the crown would allow a little more light through to both gardens and reduce the dominating effect of the large canopy. 1.0m reduction on the eastern aspect of the tree which overhangs the neighbours property at number 84. Crown lift (and clean up of epicormic growth on the stem) to 4m.
