Proposal
The trees are in the group G2 as shown in TPO 2025 130 affecting the northern boundary and buildings at 16 Balmoral Drive. Please refer to plan referenced in the previous answer.I am applying to : 1) maintain suitable clearance of trees to prevent damage to buildings (dwelling house, detached garage, summer house) and fence, and to maintain safety distance from log burner flue at the boundary. 2) maintain overhang at the boundary at a consistent level so that our private amenity space is not adversely affected
