T011 Mature Ash: Remove. The tree grows inappropriately close to the adjacent garage and a significant stepped crack was observed immediately adjacent to the stem, we consider T011 to be causing this damage, which is likely to get worse if the tree is not removed. Furthermore, T011 is an Ash tree with a sparse canopy and limited life expectancy. I am also advised by my client that the tree has recently shed large branches (see photographs).
