Request to reduce in height and spread by 5m max, leaving a remaining height of 8m and radial spread of 4m. approximately. The canopy has been left with a significant gap on the west side of the tree. Stem is bulging and bends at the same height of a deep slug infestation. This has been noted previously. Reduction is to rebalance the canopy following significant storm damage and bring the height down below the high winds, and hopefully into some shelter of the trees behind it on the west side of the road.
