T1 - Remove the dying tree and plant two 13 ft multi stem silver birch trees The tree has grown at a 45 degree angle and is in poor health and has only grown in one direction out over the adjoining pavement and road. The tree looses more and more branches every time the wind is more than light and poses not only a risk to pedestrians but also cars and the road.
