Split decision Leeds 26/00459/TR Tree Works

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Part of this application was approved and part refused. The decision notice on the council portal sets out which is which.

Proposal

G1 - Priority Works. Clear vegetation away from fire exit and away from the fence. Willows will be lifted away from the roof G2 - Crown lift 2 no. Oak and 1 no. Ash on the entrance. The Ash with die-back will be removed G3 - Lift Cherrys to 4m above the car park. Cut back any overhanging vegetation to the kerb With regards to the query raised by yourselves when we initially submitted this application, "As far as the crown lifts, a 4-metre clearance is what we would be looking to achieve."
