Reduce the southern canopy back from 8m to 6m (2m reduction). Reduce the western canopy back from 8m to 5.5m (2.5m reduction). The canopy pruning should be undertaken sympathetically and in line with BS 3998 guidelines. Branches are to be pruned back to a suitable branch junction (leaving no branch stubs) and retaining sufficient foliage to keep the retained branch alive.
