T1 Sycamore: To be removed down to ground level or as low as site allows. T2 Lime: Canopy to be reduced by up to 3m in some places but 2m overall on west side to draw back from overhanging vehicles on the drive. Pictures showing pruning line attached. G1 Sycamore, 1 Lime and 1 Horse Chestnut: Canopy to be reduced by up to 2m on north side over lawn and both the Lime and Horse Chestnut to be reduced in height by 2.5m to the same height as the Sycamore and Beech next to them. G2 1 Sycamore, 1 Beech, 1 Holly: Canopy on east side to be reduced back by 2.5m over drive.

T1 Multi-stemmed Horse Chestnut Crown - Reduce the tree by 1.5m to reduce the weight of the limbs and the stress of the lower unions. T2 Multi-stemmed Horse Chestnut - Remove to ground level and grind stump. Wet and bleeding lesions up to 2m on main south west stem. Stem closest to the building recovering but one third of the bark is lose at the union. There is a column of decay noted to around 6m above ground level. Southern stem column of decay to around 6m with wet wood seeping to 2m. Scarring to around 8m above ground level. The tree has been reduced in the past creating many weak unions. T3 Multi-stemmed Horse Chestnut - Remove to ground level and grind out stump. Wet wood lesions up to approximately 1.75m above ground level. Removal will allow the neighbouring Acer davidii to thrive and grow straighter. Replacement of the 2 Horse chestnuts will be with a further Acer davidii and 1no Acer grisieum.
