Planning application
36 Ridgeway Guiseley Leeds LS20 8JA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Goat Willow - Pollard to reduce height from 40ft to 20ft - To allow the tree to regenerate from a fresh framework. This form of management will encourage healthy regrowth and help form a more balanced, manageable-sized tree suitable for its setting. T2 Weeping Willow - Reduce in height by 15ft, from 30ft to 15ft, back to previous reduction points - Routine maintenance to manage the size of the tree and maintain its structural form. Reduction will help retain the tree at a suitable size for the garden and reduce the risk of branch failure due to heavy growth. T3 Cherry - Reduce in height by 10ft, from 20ft to 10ft, and prune lateral growth to balance the crown, returning to previous points of reduction T4 and T5 Larch - Prune height by approximately 6ft - To lightly shape and reduce the tops, improving the trees form and appearance while maintaining their overall health and character. T6, T7 and T8 Cherry - Reduce in height by 10ft, from 20ft to 10ft, back to previous reduction points
