Planning application

36 New Road Side Rawdon Leeds LS19 6HN

Granted Leeds 25/05391/TR Tree Works

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

B1 Birch - Removal as it is pushing the clients wall over due to proximity to the boundary wall. The recommendation is a suitable replacement planted nearby. S1 Sycamore - Crown reduction. The tree has some significantly overextended limbs to the south so the plan is to reduce the southern aspect of the canopy by 2m and the remainder of the crown by 1m

There is only one large tree in my garden. I will get a tree surgeon to do the works rather than doing it myself. It is not a main branch, just a thin one that has sagged/growing downwards and will soon be at head height. I can provide photos of the tree and the branch in question.
