Remove 9 trees and 1 group of trees as follows: T18 Young Beech - dead, G39 2x Ash - ADB, T47 Whitebeam - dead, T50 Cherry - 50% dieback, G56 Mixed species - thin group to leave two best trees (removal includes 2x Ash with ADB), T72 Elm - dying, T74 Ash - ADB, G83 All dead/dying Ash and Cherry along the boundary. Pruning work to 7 trees and 1 group: T3 and T4 Ash - remove deadwood, T5 Ash - minor reduction, T32 Oak - remove snapped branch, T55 Beech - remove deadwood stubs, G61 Leylandii - reduce to 6m, T75 Horse Chestnut - Crown lift to facilitate 2.5m clearance from ground level, western aspect of the canopy over the driveway. Remove branches <5cm diameter only., T76 Lime - Crown lift to facilitate 5m clearance from ground level, south and southwestern aspect of the canopy over the road. Only trees T75 and T76 are subject to a TPO. All other trees requiring work/removal are subject to a Section 106 agreement
