Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Ash Removal. Hugely over extended and end loaded leaning towards neighbouring property. The stem has grown awkwardly forcing the growth towards the building and is a huge worry and concern for the neighbours. There is also a large cavity approximately 8m up the stem as shown in the photos attached to this application T2 Sycamore Removal. Showing signs of rapid decline. Discolouration of stem and significant decay and dieback in canopy. Tree located on boundary close to the wall and neighbouring property.
