T2 Oak - Formally request to fell and remove. The tree in question has become significantly larger raising safety concerns since the last application in 2021. This oak has outgrown its place within a garden environment with branches and foliage so low to the ground. As per last appeal, LCC states that if the removal of the oak is allowed it shall be replaced by 1 no Oak planted of 2.7m planted on site with suitable space around it, which is the intention
