Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Chestnut: Rear of property. Overhanging conservatory and regularly dropping chestnuts and small branches onto conservatory roof to the West. I am applying for a 1m reduction on this aspect. The occupant fears permanent damage to the conservatory roof. To the East the trunk is starting to push against the existing boundary wall which directly lines Rooms Lane. Also to the East the canopy is growing into the power lines and telephone cable which span Rooms Lane. I am applying for a 1m reduction on this aspect. To rebalance the canopy I am applying for a 0.75m reduction on all other aspects.
