The Cottage Houghley Lane Bramley Leeds LS13 2DT

Granted Leeds 25/04676/TR Tree Works

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 Ash - AMMENDED - We are requesting to drawback the remaining side canopy by 3 metres to suitable growth points, in order to help minimise the risk of further limb failure. Over-mature specimen, shedding branches and limbs into the neighbours rear garden. Deadwood has been removed and light canopy weight reduction undertaken in previous years while the tree has been monitored.

To carry out all works outlined in the attached tree survey. Additional work to T16 and T18 Sycamores would be to draw back by up to 1.5m on southern aspect to allow more direct sunlight light and reduce the drop of Honey dew on to the parking area. Due to the existing tree cover we feel re planting not to be appropriate.
