Part two storey and part single storey extension to side - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/07302/FU - The existing hip roof of the existing part of the property is to remain as existing. We would like to alter the recently approved side extension (two storey element) with gable roof to a hip roof as shown in the new revised plans. The floor plans and site location plans will not be altered from the previously approved plans. All that will be altered is the roof plans and roofs on the elevations to show a hip roof. We believe this will help the look of the property and will match the existing surrounding properties as they all have hipped roofs. We would like this change as our builder has recommended that it is cheaper for us to construct a hip roof as oppose to the gable roof that was recently approved.
