Boundary row of mature mixed broadleaves predominantly sycamore surrounding St Stephens church yard along the boundaries with Park mount, Vicarage Terrace, Vicarage View, Station parade and Morris lane. many of the trees around the perimeter of St Stephens have low overhanging branches encroaching the highway and footpaths well below the statutory heights. Recommendations: to crown lift all trees around the boundaries to 5.2m over the highway and 2.5m over the paths
