T1 Hazel - Remove and replant. T2 Oak - Remove and replant. Plans to re landscape the corner area and replant properly. If you attend the property you will see that the area is completely overgrown with brambles etc. Proposed replanting put on drawing with green x's , both 1.5m silver birch. The trees may planted when re landscaped as there isn't really sufficient place within the garden.
