Planning application
7A Grove Lane Headingley Leeds LS6 4AB
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 to T3 Conifer - Trim (C1-3 on sketch). Lateral reduction along south side of approximately 1.5m at base of canopy (canopy starts approximately 1.5m from ground) to remove overhang on to my property (I live at number 7, trees are located at 7A). Lateral reduction will also provide clearance of 1.5m from garage structure which is being damaged by the trees. No proposed reduction in height (trees are approximately 9m tall). No proposed works to Beech B1 (apologies for any confusion)

T1 - Reduction on the east of the tree (facing the street) of around 1m to remove branches tangled in the internet cables (photo attached). Reduction in other branches will be minor in order to facilitate removal of as much ivy as possible, this will have to be a little vague as the ivy is extensive and taking over large areas of the tree.
