Proposal
T1 Goat Willow (Salix caprea) - Retrospective tree already removed. To be dismantled to 50mm above ground level or as low as site allows. Multi stem from the ground and had severe soft rot within the roots causing failure in the recent snow. Two of the limbs had fallen causing damage to fences and landing in the neighbouring garden. Stump retained to provide a habitat for wildlife. T2 Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - To be dismantled to ground 50mm above ground level or as low as the site allows. Located in a dense hedgerow of multiple species between the property in question and the neighbours. Tree leans and does not have the best of form and is leaning on the shed next to it. Replanting not recommend.

T1 Laburnum - Need to remove tree in my front garden which is partially fallen (grows initially along the ground rather than vertically). The tree does not fully flower and is not thriving. I will review and potentially plant a smaller tree. In addition I would like to prune or remove a smaller mahonia tree next to and tangled up with the laburnum. I think this will be ok to work on looking at the rules as the trunk is quite small however I wanted to check. The holly on the corner of the plot will remain

G1 Conifers - Cut back the branches over hanging into our garden, so that the rain reaches the ground below so the grass will grow. We have been uniformed by the tree surgeon that the tree marked 1 in my picture is dangerous due to a co joined stem. I

T1 large sycamore - Take the tree down after noticing a collection of what looked like mud where the trunk bifurcates about two feet from the ground. Probing with a stick I found a hole in the fork about a foot deep and quite wide filled with dark brown 'slurry'. If it should collapse it is large enough that there would be a significant risk of it hitting my house and, depending in which direction it went, there are three other properties it could hit.
