Proposal
T2 Oak - Fell, due to large potential size in small garden area T4 Oak - Fell, due to tree becoming too large for the area. Replace with a Rowan 3m tall 8- 10cm girth. T5 Sycamore - Fell, poor condition tall and thin T6 Lawson Cypress - Fell, poor specimen T7 Sycamore - Fell, poor condition tall and thin T11 Hawthorn - Severe the ivy to allow better inspections in the future T13 Holly - Reduce by 2m in height, laterally reduce by 1m at all aspects and crown lift to facilitate 3m from ground level, forming a more formal shape. T14 Sycamore - Remove the 2 lowest limbs from over the road and remove the 3 lowest limbs growing towards the building. T15 Sycamore - Remove the 3 lowest branches. Replace within the ground a total of 5 new trees, 3x silver birch and 2x rowan 3m tall 8-10cm girth

Group of 10 Poplar: The tree closest to the streetlamp shows severe basal decay and significant limb dieback extending over the road. Due to the extent of decay and associated risk, this tree is recommended for removal. The remaining poplars are recommended to be re-pollarded to 3.2m hight, (see photo) in line with the previous lower pollard framework, in order to re-establish a manageable canopy and reduce future risk. Works will be undertaken using an access platform from within the garden perimeter.
