Planning application

Split decision Leeds 23/00603/TR Tree Works

Works: Trees

Part of this application was approved and part refused. The decision notice on the council portal sets out which is which.

Proposal

T1 Oak - Remove due to to lean at an angle of over 15 degrees towards my and my neighbours house, the tree is 20 feet from the houses and about 35 feet tall, the tree also has a large hole in it caused by squirrel damage, that probably has a severe effect on its structural integrity. I would not replace the tree as there is another oak tree 10 feet away in my neighbours garden. Suggestion from tree surgeon of planting a willow tree as a replacement.
