Planning application
Ashfield House Ashfield Park Weston Lane Otley
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T3) To balance and aid stability for longer retention of the tree. Reduce leaning Beech tree in height by approximately 5m maximum leaving 10m overall height, and radial spread over the south side to reduce weight load by 4m max, leaving 3m. (difficult to gauge spread given the severity of the lean and limited access to the filed side) The root flare has lifted and the ground is visibly sinking behind it. Disregard T1 & T2 on the photos, these were part of RWC's original visit but not part of this application.
