T3 Ash - Has advanced on set of Ash die back. To mitigate potential risk of falling deadwood and limb failure (mainly over pedestrian walkway and road) proposed 5m reduction in the height of the crown and a 2m lateral reduction in all aspects i.e. North, South, East and West T4 Pear - Is completely dead requires removal given proximity to the shed. This will be replaced with an oak standard 10-12cm DBH slightly away from the boundary. T5, T6 and T7 Acer Rubra - All require deadwood removal to mitigate risk along boundary and pavement
