T1 large Horse Chestnut - Remove. There are large cavities in both the stem and branch unions particularly the main branch union which is at risk of failure. Many cavities can be seen from the ground but the tree has been ariely inspected and large amounts of rot were present. There are also area which suggest bleeding cancor which suggest stress factors also supported by several flaking bark area. Intention to plant a standard horse chestnut as a like for like replacement
