Proposal

T1 Beech- Fell and replace with a 14-16cm container grown Hornbeam. Whilst no evidence is currently present, the tree has displayed the fruiting body of Meripilus Giganteus for several years. The crown is in a state of decline with severe apical dieback. The tree could be retained with significant reduction work which would diminish its amenity value. Given its location, removal and replacement is the only suitable option.
