Lime tree in the front garden- Fell to ground level Council Note: The Section 211 notification has been withdrawn by the Council because the proposed works relate to a tree protected by the LondoBorough of Lambeth No. 13 (Larkhall Rise) Tree Preservation Order 1968. The TPO schedule identifies two Lime trees at 40 Larkhall Rise, T9 and T10. A TPO application is therefore required. The application should identify which protected Lime tree is proposed for felling and provide the reason for the works together with supporting evidence for the stated concerns regarding the basal cavity, residual live wood and movement of the tree.
