Tree Preservation Order No. 226 1991 T12 T16 and T19 Sycamore. Tree Works Submitted: T7340. Ash Tree. Approximately 12 metres in height. Crown lift over path by 3 metres to clear the path way to allow residents to walk by. Limbs are low growing and will benefit the health of the tree. Situated on the communal green area on Upper Tulse Hill. T7341. Sycamore Tree. Approximately 14 metres in height. Remove 2 of the lowest branches, as they have become overgrown and low growing this will benefit the tree growth in the future. Lift roadside limbs to 4 metres as low growing over the footpath. Situated on the communal green area by Upper Tulse Hill. T7355. Sycamore Tree. Approximately 15 metres in height. Clear all basal growth and Ivy, tree is at a stage of constant growth at or close to ultimate canopy size. Removing the basal growth is to inspect the base of the tree. Situated on the communal green area in the hedge outside 18 Marnfield Crescent. Officer Note: Following assessment of the submitted information it is confirmed that Tree Preservation Order No. 226 1991 applies at this location. The Order protects sycamore trees corresponding with T12 T16 and T19 as shown on the certified plan. The submitted works relate to sycamore trees and therefore fall within the scope of the Order. Any reference to ash is noted however ash is not protected by Tree Preservation Order No. 226 1991 and does not form part of this application assessment.
