Original condition states: This permission shall be for a limited period only, expiring on 30th September 2024. On or before that date any building or works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the land reinstated, unless the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority is obtained to any variation. Variation sought: To enable the temporary planning permission for Pop Brixton to continue for a further temporary period, expiring on 30 September 2029.
