The tree has an approximate diameter at breast height (DBH) of 33 cm, an overall height of approximately 10 m, and a limited crown spread of approximately 1.5 m. The tree is in very poor condition with poor structure and declining physiology. It has been in decline for a number of years, producing dead branches on an annual basis. Exudations of sap are present on the lower stem, indicating physiological stress. The tree now requires removal.
