Planning application
10 Buttery Well Road KENDAL LA9 5LE
Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
An ornamental Cypress (T1) is growing close to a wall. The wall to the Buttery Well Road side of the property is collapsing onto the open space of SLH land and onto the pavement on the other side. In order to repair the wall and prevent further damage we wish to remove the tree and replace it with a suitable species further away from the wall.
