Their is a large birch tree roughly 12-14inch wide at the base that I am applying to remove fully for the client due to a short list of problems, The silver birch tree is located at the rear garden of the property 252 Park Avenue, the tree is about 8ft away from the property which is towering the house at about 60ft tall. Their is a slight bit of uprooting which is causing us concern for the safety of the house and surrounding targets, the tree adds no characteristics to the area as it is as the back of the house and was only planted as a small tree and has now outgrown the garden. I am applying to fell the tree to base level and replant a smaller more suitable and manageable tree
