Application for Listed Building Consent for works to the pub and accommodation. 1. Retention of altered pub bar, with optics and shelving, in its new location. 2. Works to bar area, including reinstation of original serving hatch and privacy screen and replica door to bar side with replacement architrave. 3. Works to entrance hall, including boxing-in electrical meters, installation of suspended cable trays and conduit, removal of unauthorised metal drylined walls and making good to architrave, skirting and dado rail. 4. Installation of glazed fire doors installed within the flats and installation of 2 x original doors at first floor, whilst storing the rest indefinitely. 5. Reinstatement of coving to Flat 2 on the first floor. 6. Retention of lowered ceilings and over-skimmed ceilings to flats. 7. Removal of vinyl signage to ground floor north side pub window (Part-retrospective application)
