Proposal

Removal of Three large poplars on Broomsthorpe Rd to the right of Peartree cottage - they are looking way to tall and I worry will be dangerous.

As part of the boundary between our house, Mallard Cottage, and Hill House a Leylandii hedge was planted many years ago. This has now grown to between 25ft - 30ft high as the former owners of our property did not attend to it. We wish to reduce the height of the Leylandii to approx. 15ft to allow its continued maintenance to be achieved. The trees themselves do not have a TPO on them, but we are part of a conservation area.
