Proposal

T1 Mature Walnut Tree - Remove tree from middle of the site that has been dead over a year now and is dropping small branches. the larger limbs could well represent a danger if/when winds pick up. A tree surgeon (Treelink) has visited the site and is willing to do the work to mitigate the risk
