Proposal
2/TPO/00237: T1 Horse Chestnut Tree - Clearly showing signs of sereve decay, due to recent storms, a large main limb has broken off as shown in photos. Main stem is hollowing as shown in photos. We have been asked to remove the hazardous damaged limb which has broken off and ensure the tree is in a safe state due to the close proximity to property and the road and power lines and bt lines as shown in photos. We would also request permission to remove this tree and replant a horse chestnut in its place as the trees health is in decline due to decay and our advice would be to remove to prevent further risk. However our main objective for immediate action is to reduce the tree to a safe height.

2/TPO/00396 - T1 lime, remove, previous TPO application was denied. This tree is clearly unsafe due to the main forks being structurally compromised with undiagnosed decay. Failure has occurred, only by luck has no significant damage or injury been sustained.
